Editorial Policy
Our editorial process is designed to keep workout content useful, transparent, and appropriately cautious.
Before a workout can be indexed
- The page has one clear search intent and a unique canonical URL.
- A real named author is assigned with a verified profile.
- A separate, appropriately qualified reviewer is assigned with verified credentials.
- Publication, review, and next-review dates are visible.
- The workout includes audience, exclusions, schedule, warm-up, exercise dose, cues, easier options, substitutions, progression, expectations, and safety guidance.
- An internal approver confirms every blocking check is complete.
Evidence and claims
We prefer current primary research, professional position stands, and government health guidance. Citations must directly support the nearby claim. Editorial exercise selections are identified as such and are not disguised as research findings.
We do not promise a specific amount of fat loss, muscle gain, calorie burn, pain relief, or treatment. Individual outcomes vary.
Draft and review labels
A page labeled editorial prototype is unfinished. It stays noindex until authorship, qualified review, safety, evidence, and approval gates are complete. We do not use “medically reviewed” or similar wording without a real review record.
Updates
Substantive changes require a new evidence check and reviewer sign-off. Visible dates must reflect the actual publication and review history rather than automated page builds.
